Where is the closest store that carries Nunn Bush?

Nunn Bush products are also sold in department’s stores such as The Bay, Moores, Sears, Town Shoes, Shoe Company and specialty stores throughout Canada. To find a store close to you, please go to our website under "Store Locator". You will have to enter your postal code in the search box. Then you can check the boxes for the products that you would like to search for and all of those stores in your area that carry those products will come up.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day. An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped and your funds are captured. If we do not have a product in stock, you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.

How do I track an order that I placed on your website?

Once the order has been shipped you will receive an automated email that will provide a Canada Post tracking number. You may view the progress of your shipment on www.canadapost.ca by entering the tracking number provided in the email along with your postal code.

What is the Nunn Bush Guarantee?

If you feel that you have received defective merchandise through our website, please email info@nunnbush.ca. If the defective merchandise was not purchased through www.nunnbush.ca please contact the point of purchase.

Is it possible to overnight an order?

We do not offer overnight service.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Sign in to your account. Select your order and click the Cancel icon.

Are your shoes Airport Friendly?

We manufacture footwear with both metallic and non-metallic shanks and eyelets. However, Nunn Bush does not advertise or guarantee that our footwear is "Airport Friendly"
